If you left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a description of the item and the details of your trip. We hold onto lost items for up to 6 months, so we recommend that you retrieve it as soon as possible. After this time, unclaimed items will be recycled, donated, or disposed of as appropriate.

Yes, changes can be made, but they must be requested at least 10 hours in advance to ensure the service is available.

All event services must be paid for in advance, including round-trip transportation.

The driver will wait for you for up to 10 minutes. If you exceed that time, additional charges may apply, or the ride may be considered complete.

The rate is determined based on the information provided at the time of the quote. If there are significant changes to the request, the amount may be adjusted.

In the event of damage or excessive mess inside the vehicle (such as vomit or food), an additional cleaning fee of $45,000 will be charged.
